9. Cancellation and No Refund Policy

All purchases made through ESGProInvest.com, including but not limited to training programs, workshops, digital toolkits, and consulting services, are non-refundable.

We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a booking, registration, or payment is confirmed. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

Failure to attend the live session or workshop
Change of schedule or unavailability
Technical issues on the user’s end
Perceived value or satisfaction of the content or services
Please ensure you review the program details, schedules, and deliverables carefully before completing any payment.

In exceptional cases where ESGPro Mastery Institute cancels a session or service, an alternative session or equivalent credit may be offered at our sole discretion.

By completing any transaction on this website, you agree to this No Refund and No Cancellation policy.

10. Force Majeure

ESGPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, cyber-attacks, or network failures.

11. Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ESGPro regarding Site use.
